Roasting nuts can have an impact on their nutritional profile especially when roasting often means “fried” with added salt. Our special “slow and low” roasting technique makes sure to maintain the nutritional integrity of the nut and just enhances the natural sweetness of the nut yielding a slight caramelisation. These roasted nuts are highly addictive and are best eaten straight out of the bag although they would also be a delicious addition to a smoothie bowl or salad.
